For this Mental Health Monday, our very own Social & Cultural Events Chair, Shelly Carter, reminds us that rest is a necessary part of our well-being, not a reward reserved for when everything is finished.

Before returning to work tomorrow, find one intentional moment to pause. Put down the phone, take a few deep breaths, stretch, journal, or simply allow yourself to be still.

Keisha is a Columbus-raised singer, storyteller, and visionary healer whose work brings together voice, ritual, movement, creative expression, and emotional restoration. Through SunFables, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with their truth and transform their experiences into wisdom.

AI isn’t just about working faster, it’s about working smarter and more intentionally.

At last night’s CULYP General Body Meeting, Speaker Coach Kay walked our YPs through practical ways to leverage AI platforms for professional growth, organization, time management, and seamless ex*****on in our day-to-day lives.

From organizing priorities and streamlining workflows to maximizing the tools already at our fingertips, our members left with actionable strategies they can begin putting into practice now.

Thank you to Coach Kay for pouring into our YPs and helping us explore how emerging technology can support the way we work, lead, and grow.
