Our Recruitment Team & Field Support MgMt are designated Team Leaders:
who will oversee & transport groups daily workers to jobsites stay with them throughout the entire work shift to ensure everyone takes a lunch & is working/doing what the warehouse tells em to do & brings the back to the location & turns back in keys for van sign the drivers logs & helps pass out checks if its payday & also help with hiring potential job candidates & also hosting some job training & work safety seminars in our learning center. A cool thing about working for NeoJobz is free daily meals & we provide transportation to & from the jobs we offer 2 walk-ins & we start picking up workers at designated neighborhood pick up spots as early as 4am ! some jobs we send our workers to start as early as 5am so we must get them to the jobs we hire them for!
We are a staffing agency & if perform well within the company can have a chance to move up to the corporate office or just help open up some new locations with us & help train office staff! my company is in the works we are scouting locations for both our recruitment offices & corporate offices !
