Inova Staffing is looking for an experienced Call Center Representative for a fast-paced customer service position focused on coordinating transportation to and from medical appointments.

🕘 1st Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
📍 Apply through our Twinsburg Branch

What you’ll be doing:
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Scheduling and updating transportation reservations
• Assisting customers with questions, delays, and concerns
• Entering information accurately while navigating multiple computer systems
• Communicating with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and internal staff

✅ Previous call center experience is required. Candidates should have strong computer and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional in a high-volume environment. Previous scheduling, dispatch, healthcare, or transportation experience is a plus!

Candidates must also be able to successfully complete a thorough background check and drug screening.
