Hiring: RCM Analytics Representative (Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management).

We are seeking an experienced RCM Analytics Representative with strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to support reporting and analytics for behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for AR, claims, payments, denials, and collections.
• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, underpayments, and operational opportunities.
• Develop KPI scorecards and automated reports for leadership teams.
• Reconcile data from EHR, billing systems, and payer remittance files (835/ERA).
• Collaborate with billing, collections, and VOB teams to improve performance and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of all healthcare data.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of healthcare RCM analytics experience.
• Strong Power BI, SQL, Excel, DAX, and Power Query skills.
• Solid understanding of claims, denials, AR aging, adjustments, and collections.
• Experience with 835/ERA, EOB analysis, and healthcare reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with US-based teams.

Preferred:
• Experience with Behavioral Health/SUD billing.
• Candidates based out in Kolkata are preferred.
• Knowledge of CollaborateMD, Kipu, Sisense, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
