One of the biggest shifts we're seeing in light industrial hiring: employers who are flexible on experience and willing to train are filling roles faster than those holding out for the "perfect" resume.

With a large portion of the experienced trades workforce nearing retirement and fewer younger workers entering at the same pace, the candidate pool looks different than it did five years ago.
