Relate Search has been retained on a search for a Chief Revenue Officer with a global Integrated Manufacturing Solutions provider entering a pivotal phase of growth and transformation.

This is a newly created executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team. The mandate is clear: build the commercial infrastructure, processes, and accountability needed to support the company's next phase of growth.

The CRO will lead a global commercial organization spanning business development, strategic accounts, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations while driving the transformation of a fragmented commercial model into a scalable, data-driven revenue engine. As we continue our 3-year anniversary celebration and our series on strength, we asked our team what keeps them strong on the tough days.

For Nick Trowbridge, the answer comes down to the people around him.

"What keeps me strong these days are the people I spend the most time with - my family and coworkers. My family gives me purpose and supports me no matter what challenges come my way. At work, I’m fortunate to be surrounded by coworkers who motivate, encourage, and push each other to be successful. Knowing I have a strong support system both at home and professionally keeps me motivated and focused every day."

June marks the start of Pride Month, a time to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, honor the progress made, and recognize the work still ahead.

At Relate Search, inclusion is more than a value we talk about. It is part of how we build relationships, support our team, and show up for the communities we serve.

Throughout the month, we will be highlighting a number of leaders and professionals within the LGBTQIA+ community through our Talent Spotlight series; sharing stories, perspectives, and the impact these individuals are making in their fields.

We are also proud to share that Relate Search is now a member of the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce and honored to serve as an Equality Sponsor for their annual Pride in Business Luncheon.

As we continue reflecting on strength during our 3-year anniversary celebration, we asked our team a series of questions, including what strength means to them and what keeps them strong on the tough days.

For Jen Soerensen, those answers are closely connected.

To Jen, strength means staying grounded in who you are and continuing to show up for the people around you, especially on the hard days. She believes relationships are everything, both in life and in work, and that some of the most meaningful parts of her journey have been the connections built along the way.

When it comes to what keeps her strong, the answer is purpose.

"What keeps me strong is purpose. Knowing that listening to someone, encouraging them, helping them see their value, or being part of a big moment in their career can truly impact their life. That human side of what we do is what drives me every day."

Her perspective is a reflection of what makes our work so meaningful; showing up for others, building genuine relationships, and making a difference one conversation at a time.
