We are currently searching for part-time, and full-time Retail Sales Representatives to sell Comcast-Xfinity Services inside a Chicagoland Best Buy location.
Within this sales position; you provide a first-in-class customer experience, by using a proven sales process to build value, and offer our customers a sales solution within the Comcast-Xfinity entertainment ecosystem:
Cable television, high speed internet, home phone, and home security.
As a GMTA-Sales Representative you will be responsible for proactively approaching customers to start a conversation about their home entertainment needs while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Drive sales productivity, and customer satisfaction within your location.
• Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates and managers.
• Participate in in-store promotions and coordinating with store personnel.
• Participate in Entertainment sales events in your assigned store.
•Develop and manage positive business relationships with our customers, retail store management and employees.
Training:
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of competitor’s products and services.
• Attend requested training sessions and conference calls.
• Review new product and service offerings.
• Continued sales training.

Job Requirements:
• Must Be Dependable
• Must be able to work rotating weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven self-starter
• Ability to pass background check
• Previous or current Retail Sales and/or Customer Service Experience a plus.
