Are you an experienced TIG Welder looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing manufacturer?

We're seeking individuals with TIG welding experience on stainless steel and mild steel who take pride in producing high-quality work and are looking to build a career—not just find their next job.

Unlike a traditional weld shop, you'll be working in an OEM manufacturing environment, fabricating components and assemblies for proprietary equipment used in water heating, water treatment, and industrial laundry systems.

🔹 Read and interpret blueprints
🔹 Layout and fabricate from drawings
🔹 TIG weld stainless and mild steel
🔹 Work with a team that values quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement

Whether you're a seasoned Welder-Fitter ready to hit the ground running or someone with solid foundational skills and a strong work ethic who wants to grow through hands-on training, we'd love to hear from you.
