**WE ARE HIRING 🛑 Maintenance Supervisor**
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 3rd shift at our Ripon, WI facilities. This role demands strong leadership to manage maintenance processes, ensure reliability, and promote continuous improvement. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will supervise and train a team of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians. Responsibilities include establishing a safety-centric culture, fostering strong relationships with team members and management, ensuring timely submission of work orders, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Hours:**
- 3rd shift position
- 5 days/week
- Sunday through Thursday, 10pm-6am
**Qualifications:**
- Associate degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, or business management preferred; relevant experience and training may substitute.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a skilled position, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment.
