Happy National Foreman's Day!

What does a foreman do exactly? Only manages the crew, solves problems nobody else can, makes sure the project stays on budget, knows where every tool is, remembers every mistake you made three years ago, and somehow still shows up first every single morning. In all seriousness- a great foreman is the backbone of any crew.

They don't just run a jobsite, they set the tone, build the culture, and bring out the best in the people around them. If you've got a foreman who shows up every day with that kind of energy, tell them today. They probably don't hear it enough.

Tag a foreman who deserves a shoutout.
