IJM at a glance !
This system is unbelievable in the level of competition…. the way it is produced… it’s really next level.
I had always heard of IJM but just never was that educated on it until judging the younger girls last year. Let me tell you this ….. professional at the highest level.
It was a great trip seeing some amazing individuals and always loving life in pageant land.

Some incredible individuals I have had the pleasure of being a part of their journeys.
To be an incredible titleholder you need to be an active team member - and to be an effective mentor/ coach you need to be a willing and active participant of a team.
We all want the girls we work with to SOAR so being a part of THEIR team is a blessing ! No matter how big or small….. it’s still a blessing.
As the year ends… thank you for letting me be a part of YOUR team !

A work in progress that paid off. dreamed of this moment and worked tirelessly to achieve it.
Being her coach has been one of the brightest moments ever.
I couldn’t be prouder of the competitor she has been - and the National Tirleholder she has become.
So far - AG has achieved every goal she told the judges she has set. The mark of a great queen is one that can look back at their judges and say… I did everything I promised I would.
