Med spa owners, are you hiring an injector based on their Instagram followers or their ability to generate revenue?

There’s a BIG difference between having a social media audience, an established patient base, and the ability to consistently attract and retain patients.

An injector with 10,000 followers doesn’t necessarily have 10,000 potential patients. And just because an injector has an established clientele doesn’t mean those patients will follow them to a new practice.
