JOB DESCRIPTION
A QA Tech I is responsible for the quality and safety of company's products. The QA Tech must ensure compliance of products with specifications and compliance of personnel with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).This position is also responsible for identifying product that does not meet the Company’s food safety and/or quality requirements and preventing its distribution.

Q.A DUTIES

Conducts appropriate analytical testing of materials.
Practices proper chemical, physical, microbiological, and sensory testing procedures.
Inspects incoming goods to meet quality standards.
Reviews and organize processing documentation to assure products are within respective standard specification, and report any deviations to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Enforces and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety guidelines.
Uses proper documentation and generates accurate records according to process control and QA programs.
Evaluates line operations to assure compliance with GMPS and report deviations to operations and QA Management.
SKILLS

Ability to work independently as well as in a team is required.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Detail oriented.
Flexibility/Adaptability
Excellent attendance record.
