Supportive Careers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Compliance Manager for our Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ PF & ESIC ECR Preparation and Challan Payment
✅ PF, ESIC & Labour Law Compliance Management
✅ Maintain all statutory compliance records and documents
✅ Handle Client Compliance Audits and submit required documents on time
✅ Manage Backend Compliance Team
✅ Handle ESIC Accident Cases and Labour Law matters
✅ Coordinate with Government Departments whenever required
✅ Ensure timely compliance of all statutory requirements
Eligibility:
✔ Experience in PF, ESIC & Labour Law Compliance is mandatory
✔ Good knowledge of statutory compliances and documentation
✔ Team handling and communication skills
