Overcoming interview anxiety
Interview anxiety is something that some people struggle with. Here are a few tips that can be helpful:
1. Ask yourself a question like, what about the interview makes me nervous? Not feeling prepared enough? The fear of talking to unfamiliar faces? Etc.
2. Depending on what makes you feel anxious, think of ways you can manage your anxiety. For example, practicing with a friend and getting feedback could help you feel better prepared and less anxious; or starting the conversation off with a joke, or casual talk could make you and the interviewer both feel relaxed and set you up to answer questions without the interference of anxiety.
3. Before joining the zoom meeting or stepping into the interview room, do some positive self-talk or affirmation. For example, tell yourself: “ I can do this. I successfully did 2 (mock) interviews in the past and this will be no different. Positive self-talk reinforces your confidence, makes you feel less anxious and prepares your mind to focus on the interview questions and how to respond appropriately.
4. Constantly check yourself during the interview to verify your level of anxiety. This would mean knowing how you respond when anxious. Do you panic, have chills or sweaty palms or become inaudible? If you notice your anxiety is high during the interview process, feel free to request a bathroom or water break.
5. During your water or restroom break, re-practice the positive self-talk techniques described above in 3.

Are employees still meeting expectations working from home as opposed to working from the office? I Would like to have your thoughts.
With the rapid changing world and the exploding improvement in technology and with all other aspects that come with our daily lives, employers are now encouraged to offer a different working environment for employees. If your company can offer WFH, please offer to employees and be flexible and encourage employees to work where they believe their productivity is the best because this makes employees happy and happy equates to efficient and valued results.

Job Description:-

Responsibilities:
• Provide market research to support candidate and geographic profiling to guide recruiting in various locations
• Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
• Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports
• Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
• Act as a mentor and lead by example for other recruiters across the teams.

Ideal Candidates should:
• 1-2 years of successful recruiting experience in a fast paced environment on software engineering or technically niche roles.

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
• Experience working with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with iCIMs is a big plus
• Regularly track pipeline activity to share with external stakeholders
• Experience using data to consult with hiring managers to make data-based decisions on processes and approaches; experience with Tableau is a big plus
• Able to handle confidential information discreetly
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
