Meet the Founder Behind Chairside Warriors

Hey, I’m AJ Allen — Veteran, CEO & Founder of Chairside Warriors.

When I’m not helping dental offices build stronger teams, you’ll usually find me cruising with my family, meeting new people, or building relationships through networking.

I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and learning about their offices, their teams, and what they need to succeed.

My goal is simple:
•Help your office when you need coverage
•Connect you with great dental professionals
•Build relationships that last beyond one shift

Need staffing help? Let’s connect. I’d love to learn about your office and see how Chairside Warriors can help!

Proud to be more than a staffing team—we’re a team that gives back!

We were honored to participate in the Triad Stand Down event Friday, providing support and services to homeless veterans.

Giving back to those who have given so much is truly an honor!

9/11/01 — Never Forget.

Today, we honor those we lost by choosing kindness, compassion, and love. Do one small act of kindness and spread a little light.

Remember. Honor. Be Kind.
