This work requires candidates to be able to understand legalese, know when to pose questions about applicability, or vague interpretation, when to look at surrounding requirements (e.g., related citations, including definitions).
For this particular project, the citations will primarily pertain to mortgage servicing-related requirements; therefore, legal experience with mortgage requirements is a huge plus, but not a disqualifier if the candidate has a legal background, ability to work in a fast-paced env./collaborate

Requirement:
Establish, implement and maintain risk standards and programs to drive compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory and Corporate Policy requirements.
Oversee the Front Line's ex*****on and challenges appropriately on compliance related decisions. Support the oversight or monitoring of a risk-based compliance program.
Provide support in developing and overseeing standards with some business and functional knowledge.
Provide compliance risk insight and support projects and initiatives with low to moderate risk for a business line or functional area.
Work with a business unit, a defined set of rules and regulations on low to moderate risk compliance matters.
Support the reporting, escalation, and timely remediation of issues, deficiencies or regulatory matters regarding compliance risk management.
Provide direction to the business on developing corrective action plans and effectively managing regulatory change.
Provide support in reporting findings and drafting recommendations to management.
Support and implement initiatives with low to moderate risk.
Interact with team to support risk oversight and monitoring.
Manage and ensure accuracy of data. Troubleshoot system issues to determine root cause.
Research and implement new regulatory rules and manage other Registration Team related projects.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with various teams.
Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives.
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Interact with internal customers. Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Requested experience:
Attorney, Mortgage Business, Mortgage Compliance, Mortgage Law, Legal citations.

As a Product Owner leading one of our Global Finance Technology scrum teams, will work with our global business partners to understand the customer difficulties, needs, and workflows to define requirements that add business value. Epics, features, and stories will ensure that the scrum team is enabled to configure, build, and improve our solutions with high quality.

Lead sprint planning to ensure the team commitments are achievable and performed optimally and business requirements are met. Communication and collaboration are key to this role, and will be working closely with business partners and other IT teams on a weekly basis.

Prioritize the scrum team-s backlog, manage stakeholder expectations, work with the group to prepare, and present the sprint review/demo, prepare user stories, document -as-is- and -to-be- states, lead spring planning, actively participate in scrum ceremonies, and work across teams as needed.

Is the voice-of-the-customer, maximizing the value that the team delivers for end-users.

Responsible for defining team product backlog of user stories, including backlog prioritization, refinement, and crafting of acceptance criteria (incl. Definition of Done)

Drives iteration goals and content via prioritized user stories

Expresses product/domain knowledge that guides, advises, and provides insight on what product enhancement, maintenance, and efficiencies are needed

Product decision maker including functional and NFRs; accepts users stories and iteration increments

Conducts impact analysis for optimal product delivery, customer/industry trends, etc., Contributes to the vision, roadmap, and return on investment. Ensure risk and dependencies are identified and managed

Practices lean business cases, value stewardship, value stream mapping, agile planning tools, and estimation techniques Uses metrics to assess team progress and areas for improvement. Enables the team to be empowered and self-regulated, by educating the team on functional knowledge required to work and complete sprint and PI goals

Voice-of-the-customer for teams, including being the liaison between the business and the team. Responsible for consultative partnering and partner management. Partner with the Product Manager to understand customer needs, difficulties, workflows, priorities, etc. to translate those into PI features that drive the program increment objectives

Solicits feedback from customers and team for possible inclusion in future activities. Prepares and presents the system demo; participates in release train ceremonies

Preferred Experience:
Finance application experience such as ERP (Oracle EBS/Cloud, SAP, Workday, etc), EPM (Oracle Cloud, OneStream, etc), Tax, Lease Accounting

Hands on experience participating in and leading SAFe events, such as sprint planning, release planning, and PI planning
