TWU AT GCS 600 Reservations and Customer Service Representatives Stand up against their employer GCS Agents to Fight for a Fair Contract

IN 2013 GCS Agents was contracted by the MTA to manage the Access A Ride Call Center located in the heart of NYC at 33-00 Northern Blvd L.I.C . Imediately they fired ALL 650 experienced Reservation Agents who were represented by TWU Local 100. By Exploiting the Workforce One and REES programs they quickly filled the position and paid the workers $4.00 per hour less than the previous workforce. Aft

er a long organizing campaign the New GCS Workers Elected the TWU Local 100 by an overwhelming margin held by the NLRB. Denying the Rights of the Workers GCS Management has stalled and delayed by appealing the NLRB's recommendations
