Did you know we have a New Candidate referral program?
The candidate referral program is a way for Ashford candidates to refer new qualified candidates for open positions. When a candidate refers a New Candidate who is hired and successfully completes their probationary period, the candidate will receive a referral bonus.
All Ashford Connex candidates are eligible to participate in the New Candidate referral program. To refer a candidate, simply email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include the candidate's name, email address, phone number, and resume. You should also explain why you think the candidate is a good fit for the role and what you know about their skills and experience.
The referral bonus for a successful referral is $500. The bonus will be paid to the referring candidate within 90 days of the new hire's successful completion of their probationary period.
Program Guidelines
• Candidates may only refer New Candidates for open positions found at www.AshfordConnex.com/Careers.
• Candidates may not refer themselves or their immediate family members.
• Ashford Connex reserves the right to disqualify any referral at any time.
How to Make the Most of the Candidate Referral Program
• Talk to your network of colleagues, friends, and family members about the New Candidate referral program.
• Encourage them to refer qualified New Candidates for open positions.
• Be sure to provide the recruiter with as much information about the New Candidate as possible, such as their name, email address, phone number, and resume.
• Explain why you think the New Candidate is a good fit for the role and what you know about their skills and experience.
