Spent years in the Marine Corps focusing on how to make decisions. I'm a believer in the idea that a good decision executed swifly and violently now, is better than a perfect decision tomorrow. Again, perfect is the enemy of good. Some great info in Shane's blog post and I especially love the OODA Loop reference.
