Lisa and Gary Lippert are Foster Parents (since Dec 2004) and they created this program in 2008 with help from Mary Sample-Smith. Foster Parent Racing is a team that operates The Foster Parent Rewards & Recruitment Program in western New York.

Our car in the 2012 Lilac Festival Parade. We got some TV time on YNN, but Dad's video is a little higher quality. Thanks to Advent Tool & Mold, Inc. and Davis Trailer World for letting us borrow the Diamond C tilt bed trailer for the day!
