We’re partnering with a growing Active Adult 55+ housing company that is hiring Leasing Sales Specialists in several markets.

These are relationship-driven sales roles for someone who enjoys building trust with prospects and helping people find a community that feels like home.

Current locations:
- Houston, TX
- Apopka, FL
- Glendale, AZ

What you’ll do:
- Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
- Conduct tours and follow up with leads
- Support outreach, events, and local marketing
- Help drive occupancy and community growth

What we’re looking for:
-3+ years of professional sales experience
- Active Adult 55+, senior living, multifamily lease-up, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with outreach, events, and CRM tools
- Warm, consultative sales approach

Tuesday–Saturday schedule
Base salary + commission

We’re partnering with a fast-growing consumer goods company in Miami seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to step into a highly visible role supporting the business across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

This isn’t a “sit quietly and close the books” kind of role.
They need someone who can own cost accounting, inventory analysis, month-end close, reporting, process improvements, and partner cross-functionally with teams across the business. Someone who enjoys digging into the details but can also help improve how things operate as the company continues to grow.

A few things they’re looking for:
• CPA required
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Experience leading teams
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting background
• Cost accounting + inventory experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
