Once you complete the application, they begin your background check, and all of your training and orientation is completed online and by phone. They do not have you complete unnecessarily training at their office when today's technology allows you to complete it at the convivence of you location and time. Your DOT drug test is completed at a clinic near you. All paperwork is handled electronically. Once you are approved and paperwork is completed you are set to travel to your trucks location where you are already preplanned and ready to get your wheels turning.
