At Au Gres Marine, we don’t just fix boats—we rescue weekends, revive fishing trips, and occasionally save someone’s “I swear it ran fine last fall” reputation. We’re a hardworking, tight-knit crew that takes pride in quality work, good humor, and keeping things afloat (literally).

What You’ll Do
•Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of boats and marine engines
•Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups, winterizing, etc.)
•Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, without immediately blaming “the battery”
•Install and repair marine systems and components
•Keep a clean and organized workspace (yes, even during peak season chaos)
•Communicate clearly with team members and customers

What We’re Looking For
•Experience with marine engines and repair (or strong mechanical background)
•Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
•Strong work ethic and attention to detail
•Basic computer skills for diagnostics and work orders
•Valid driver’s license
•Bonus points if you can tell the difference between a real issue and “user error” without saying it out loud
