•Assisting with boat maintenance and repairs

•Helping move, clean, and prep boats for service or storage

•Cleaning, organizing, and keeping the shop looking sharp

•Pitching in wherever needed—because that’s how good teams work

•Reliability—boats don’t fix themselves, unfortunately

•A strong work ethic

•Willingness to learn—marine experience is a bonus, but not required

What You’ll Do
•Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of boats and marine engines

•Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups, winterizing, etc.)

•Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, without immediately blaming “the battery”

•Install and repair marine systems and components

•Keep a clean and organized workspace (yes, even during peak season chaos)

•Communicate clearly with team members and customers

What We’re Looking For
•Experience with marine engines and repair (or strong mechanical background)

•Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet

•Strong work ethic and attention to detail

•Basic computer skills for diagnostics and work orders

•Valid driver’s license

•Bonus points if you can tell the difference between a real issue and “user error” without saying it out loud

We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our team!
As a General Laborer at Au Gres Marine, you’ll help with a variety of tasks including boat maintenance, yard work, boat deliveries, loading/unloading, and assisting our service team as needed.

Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic mechanical skills a plus (but not required)
• Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team
