Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Mortgage Loan Closer.
Your primary role is to finalize the mortgage loans (typically used to buy residential real estate). You will coordinate all the steps of the loan closing, including detailed and accurate financial numbers for borrowers and readying documents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare closing documents
• Perform industry standard closing activities
• Perform industry standard Funder activities
• Perform industry standard closing activities
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Demonstrate good judgment and confidentiality while making timely and sound decisions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Mortgage Loan Closings
• Experience in closings of real estate purchases, refinances, FHA, and VA mortgage loans

Company provides competitive salary and benefits.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 depending on level of experience.
The benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life Insurance, 401K (company match up to 2%)
