Cold storage is one of the most demanding environments in warehousing. The gear, the conditions, the physical demands and not everyone is built for it.

Finding and retaining warehouse workers is already a challenge, finding people who will consistently show up in a freezer is a challenge of its own.

Our team doesn’t slow down regardless of the conditions. These are the people who make it happen every day. 👏

IWLA 2026 reminded us of something important, this industry runs on 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆.

Our team walked that floor, reconnected with familiar faces, met new people, and had real conversations that reminded us why showing up in person matters.
