Having a vendor and having the right support aren't always the same thing.

Many warehouse operations already have providers in place. The question is whether that support is keeping up with the operation.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: Is the service reliable week after week, including when volume increases or staffing needs change?

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: When an unexpected need comes up, how quickly can your provider respond and adjust?

𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝘁: Does your provider understand your facility, workflows and expectations, or are they just completing the scope?

A vendor can fulfill the contract and still leave gaps in the support your operation needs. Taking time to evaluate these areas can help identify where the relationship is working and where additional support may be needed.

Clean floors and racks are important but what about the bins?

Cold storage is one of the most demanding environments in warehousing. The gear, the conditions, the physical demands and not everyone is built for it.

Finding and retaining warehouse workers is already a challenge, finding people who will consistently show up in a freezer is a challenge of its own.

Our team doesn’t slow down regardless of the conditions. These are the people who make it happen every day. 👏
