Responsibilities:

Be able to provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting services:
• Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
• Forward complete and detailed job descriptions, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Infinite Recruiting leaders, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
• Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni.
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
• Prescreens candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
• Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.
• Must be comfortable making a substantial amount of phone calls to identify qualified candidates.
• Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
• Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepares candidates for interviewing with Infinite Recruiting and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
• Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
• Reviews the hiring manager’s interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action when warranted.
• Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
• Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of Infinite Recruiting compensation policy.
• Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Conducts follow-up calls and with new hires.
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
• Initiates and maintains excellent working relations within the Infinite Recruiting Human Resources organization.
• Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping account managers informed on candidate status/availability, appropriately documenting activities within CRM.
• Works cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.
• Works closely with Account Managers to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
• Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
• Works with and/or directs the efforts of a Recruiting Coordinator or Administrator.

Qualifications:
• A plus to have experience with full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing,
• B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required.
• Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
• Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and technical communities.

Summary: This is a hands-on keyboard role where Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with JAMF & GSuite software, administrative functions like password resets and familiar with MAC hardware. Client acquired a company about 2 years ago and is merging them into their platforms. This consists of about 80 Users - All Mac users and Cloud-based

- Need a resource that can help set up new passwords, day to day IT support, help with printers, configuration, help new hires with hardware, activate gmail
- Independent self-starter
- someone coming from a mixed support environment is fine, but need to be comfortable providing Mac support (adding new users, getting printers on the network, etc.)
- if they have worked with Jamf tool that is a plus

Summary of This Role

Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards.

Receives and/or places telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.

Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to technical/service areas.

Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company's/assigned client's products and services. Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable.

Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

What Part Will You Play?
Resolves basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests to include but not limited to card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients.

Provides standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes.

Enters required data into client provided systems and databases.

Determines basic reasons for customer issues using a client provided decision tree and escalates or refers unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.

Begins to build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and an understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Typically No Relevant Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience Preferred
