One of our Original 4. Our last 9th Grader that started with us “Before” the rules changed. So this family has seen and been through a lot. A horrible knee injury at the WORST possible time didnt derail the dream, just delayed it a little and if I had to describe him in one word it would be “Tenacious”. NEVER Poor me or why me or wine wine wine.. KID JUST KEPT CHOPPING WOOD and came back early to help his HS team while wearing a Big clunky knee brace. Played most of the summer with that same Knee Brace b/c he was EARLY. He wasnt even supposed to be back yet but there he was… GRINDING. We followed along all over the S/E with his personal photographer (mom is AWESOME) giving me second by second updates that in many cases I was relaying directly to coaches and he got a lot of eyes on him. As we say here at EAS Recruiting and he certainly was. Great future ahead at UAH. Education and Baseball. ✅ a lot of boxes. Proud of you Kyler and the lessons learned along this game that we love will last a lifetime. You are just getting started👊🏽

Hunter Dillard’s commitment to Belmont Abbey is about so much more than choosing a college—it represents years of hard work, sacrifice, and staying the course through one of the most challenging recruiting eras youth athletes have ever faced.

He’s been with us as the rules have changed. The transfer portal, roster limits, NIL, and shifting scholarship opportunities have forced families to navigate a recruiting process unlike anything we’ve seen before. Through all of it, Hunter never stopped working, never stopped believing, and earned every bit of this opportunity.

What makes this commitment even more special is the people who stood beside him.

Barry Dillard has been everything a young athlete could ask for—a father, mentor, coach, and unwavering support system. He poured countless hours into Hunter’s development, not just as a baseball player, but as a young man of character. Great athletes are built through discipline and talent. Great people are built through the example set at home and threw it all our friendship grew through daily texts and late night conversations

A tremendous amount of credit also belongs to Coach Danny Pralgo and everyone 6-4-3 DP Baseball. Their commitment to player development and helping athletes navigate today’s recruiting landscape has made a lasting impact on so many families, and Hunter is another example of that mission paying off.

Congratulations to Hunter Dillard , Barry-Katie Dillard , Coach Pralgo, the 643 Group, and everyone who played a role in this journey.

Belmont Abbey is getting a tremendous baseball player, but more importantly, they’re getting a young man who has earned this opportunity the right way.

The work doesn’t stop here—it simply reaches a new level. Congratulations, Hunter. The future is bright. thank you Kirk Doyle for the intro once upon a time

EAS Recruiting has a saying:
“ The game will show you where you belong”

The cool thing about doing this now for 5+ years is that we’ve yet to encounter a kid that we could not help— ranging from Walk-Ons looking for a shot to P4s and now a 1R draft pick

Just “ survived” another transfer summer with 12 more successfully placed making it now 64-64 over the past five off-seasons
(and that includes cleaning up others messes)
And over 500 student athletes that we have now helped and we have maintained our 100% ratio as no 2026 was left behind

For those who have seen under the hood, you know the secret sauce is our connections and our pure hustle for our kids.👊🏽

This machine was built different!!

U never know WHAT these 🕶️ 👀 3 EAS Recruiting Ballers today, putting on a show 27 SS Kiaya Banks with the Triple and then getting robbed by 28 Evelyn Herrington on the diving catch! Kiaya turned around and returned the favor by throwing out the very fast Evelyn on the grounder to SS, hit off none other than 28 RHP Anna Schuffenhauer (57-59 MPH TODAY)
