IBI Healthcare Institute is looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) detail-oriented and organized individual to join our growing team as a Pathway Systems Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the patient journey, ensuring completion and compliance.

Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking key metrics related to clinic and ambulatory surgical center (ASC) operations, reviewing existing systems for functionality, and proposing improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of patient care processes, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing systems and workflows in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor the patient journey from initial contact to completion, ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures.
• Implement and maintain systems for tracking patient progress and completion of necessary steps, such as appointments, tests, and treatments.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining of patient pathways.
• Review existing systems and software used for patient tracking and propose enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for patient care processes, ensuring adherence to compliance and best practices.
• Track and analyze key metrics related to clinics and ASC operations, such as patient wait times, appointment adherence, and patient satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Train and support staff on the use of patient tracking systems and provide ongoing assistance to ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to patient care systems, and make recommendations for their implementation.

Credentialing – 24 - 72 hours or less, we have a proven system as long as we receive all the information and documents needed.

Setting – Ambulatory Surgery Center
