Founded in 2019, TEC is a woman-owned boutique recruiting and talent acquisition firm connecting businesses with qualified talent across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, healthcare, skilled trades, and administrative and financial services. We work nationally, with strong presence in Chicago and the Greater Atlanta area.
What sets us apart is how we work. While most firms are focused on fill speed, we're focused on fit. Every candidate we represent is someone's provider, parent, or dream-chaser. Every client we serve built something and needs the right people to help it grow. We don't treat either side like a transaction — we treat them like partners.
