What are we doing to help Veterans Families, who have lost their loved Veteran? Do we even know who they are? Are they aware, that we exist, long after their loved one has passed?

Hey folks I have come up with another odd question or 2:

First Off: What other Oceana County Veterans Group, has their own Major Fundraising Event every year? And if they have one, what is it, and how can the other groups help them with it?

Other question, with the 5 K Run/ Walk/ Crawl event coming up on November 7th, at 10. What other Veterans Group in Oceana County doing to support it? Are they volunteers, donors or even doing it?

I would like to hear, what folks are doing.

Hey folks, this photo was taken last November. It was for the Annual Veterans 5 K run, walk, crawl and Ambulance event. Right there in Shelby Michigan.

Can you guess, how Lori Hogston and I , crossed the Finish Line?

Well once again, we will be participating in this great event, that helps local Veterans and their families.

This past February, I underwent “ Triple Bypass Surgery “. It was
discovered that I really do have a Heart. So I fixed up and ready to move a little faster.

We really need your support for such a great event.

Hey fellow Legion Folks. On the night of our Big Fundraising Event,Friday November 13th, starting at 5:00, at the Pizza Factory in Shelby. We could use some more help.

It’ll be a great opportunity to help us raise funds, to help keep us going for another year.
This Event is a very important opportunity to continue helping our Veterans and their families, right here in Oceana County.

I am with another 3 local businesses, that have generously donated to our upcoming Fundraising Event, held on Friday November 13, starting at 5pm. Once again, the event will be held at the Pizza Factory, in Shelby Mi. It is open to the community.

Folks up until our Big Fundraising Event, happen on Friday November 13th, starting at 5:00pm, at the Pizza Factory in Shelby. I will be making some important announcements.

I will be listing the individuals and businesses, that have donated to our event. When you see these individuals and businesses, please thank them for supporting the Veterans and their families, in and around Oceana County. In return, try and support them in their business. Without all of their help and yours, we couldn’t do, what we do:

Lakeshore Chrysler and Jeep, of Montague. Located on Fruitvale Rd

Bush’s Farm Market. Located in New Era, on East M20

Rothbury Feed Store. Located at 8608 S. Oceana Dr., just south of Rothbury.
