e are fighting to end racism in the Army by exposing officers who abuse their subordinates due to their race. Our organization seeks a formal apology by the Army to Former Sergeant Peter Clark for the unjust actions taken by racist superiors in their ranks. Sergeant Clark suffered abuse from his supervisors for nearly two years and was punished when he tried to speak up for himself. Former Sergeant Peter Clark is petitioning the Secretary of the Army, John McHugh, to remove untrue and unfair documents that were placed in his Army records by supervisors who are members of the Klu Klux Klan. They falsified reports and produced unfair evaluations on his record, which caused his career to be cut short. While some officers have been reprimanded, we seek to charge them with hate crimes.
