mbers due to her own clerical mistakes. Instead of "manning up" and dealing with it, she decided to find someone to blame instead. That someone was me! Here I was, with the highest productivity numbers at the company being terminated for no given reason! This manager got to keep her job, I had to take my "number one" numbers to unemployment. After a few months of going on various interviews and wondering how I was going to support my family, the brainstorm hit me. I was going to find a few select clients and offer my superior recruiting, research and human resources skills. In the Spring of 2011, I formed Stei Recruitment!
