Today, we had the pleasure of bringing our Department Managers together at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus for our Make Every Day a Great Place to Work Day Management Workshop, with the participation of our General Manager, Rainer Gieringer.

Through engaging discussions and collaborative activities, we reflected on our impact as leaders and explored ways to further strengthen our workplace culture and Team Member experience.

Make Every Day A Great Place to Work Day! ✨

We had a great day at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus, coming together with our leaders for our Leadership Capabilities Workshop.

We spent the session exploring three key leadership capabilities; ‘Dream Big, Inspire Others and Make It Happen’ with interactive activities, open conversations and, of course, lots of fun along the way. 💫

It was a great chance to step away from our busy routines, connect with each other, exchange ideas and look at leadership from different perspectives.

Because great leadership is not just about results. It’s also about inspiring people, trying new things and making a difference together. 💙

We’re excited to welcome our newest team members to the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus family! ✨

Over two engaging days of orientation, our new colleagues explored the Hilton and Conrad brands, learned about our luxury service philosophy, and discovered what makes the Conrad experience truly exceptional.

Through interactive activities, role plays, and a fun knowledge quiz, they reinforced their learning while completing Occupational Health & Safety and Emergency trainings. The program concluded with a hotel tour, giving everyone the opportunity to get to know their new workplace and colleagues.

A warm welcome to all our new team members. We’re excited to have you with us and look forward to achieving great things together! 💙

Congratulations to our Team Members, Buse Sıla Topçu from our Commercial team, Umut Karyürek and Alparslan Köstü from our Front Office team, Nihal Korkmaz Keltek from our Food & Drink team, and Fırat Angın and Ali Seyhan from our Engineering team, on successfully completing the LEAD 1.1 Virtual Leadership Development Series and presenting their key learnings during Leadership Reflection Session.

✨ Intern Appreciation Day 💙

We celebrated our interns’ dedication, valuable contributions, and the incredible journey they shared with us through a fun and memorable Intern Appreciation Day.

The event started with inspiring opening remarks from our Learning & Development Manager, Selin Bulut Kurumaz, Human Resources Director, Kaya Kankaya, Hilton Türkiye Learning & Development Manager, Abdullah Apak, and Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus General Manager, Rainer Gieringer.

Throughout the day, our interns enjoyed exciting games and team activities, competed with each other, and created unforgettable memories together. 🎯🏆

We proudly presented awards to our outstanding interns and celebrated their achievements, while thanking all our interns for their energy, enthusiasm, and valuable contributions.

It was a wonderful day filled with laughter, teamwork, and appreciation. 💙✨
