As a social media Chat Support Person, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Respond quickly to customer questions regarding cryptocurrency.
2. Assist customers with account setup and troubleshooting.
3. Educate customers about cryptocurrency security measures.
4. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
5. Work with the team to resolve technical problems.
6. Stay informed about cryptocurrency industry trends.
7. Record customer interactions for service improvement.
8. Encourage potential customers about the company's platform and the importance of investing.
Salary & Benefits:
▪️90,000 USD - 1800,000 USD Plus
Qualification:
▪️Must be fluent in English/Mandarin and computer literate
▪️Must be from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Singapore, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and Africa, Chinese people are welcome to apply.
