Job Opportunity | Junior Environmental Design Consultant

GreenDwell is seeking young open-minded individual to join our green design+consulting team. The chosen candidate will be supporting various sustainable project designs through creative and integrated whole-building analysis approach. Projects include small-medium scale residential, commercial retail, educational facilities, etc. Relevant trainings are offered regularly in-house.

Job Description:
- Conduct background research and environmental analysis specific to each project
- Use simulation tools and techniques for architectural design analysis such as energy, ventilation, or lighting-daylighting
- Support design team in integration of environmental design concepts and building performance assessment into the design
- Support other green consulting works such as green rating system certification (e.g. LEED) ,TREES / strategic planning

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Interests in designing for sustainability
- Team player
- Understanding of sustainable design fundamentals and building service system
- Good English writing and communication skills
- Experience with using simulation tools is considered a plus.
