" Originally from Bangkok ,Thailand .I arrived in sydney in 2007 and quickly found myself
immersed in the cities coffee culture. I started in the industry three years ago and have now been employed for eighteen months
as a Head Barista and trainer at the ever popular Stir Espresso in the Sydney CBD which uses
Morgans coffee . The Cafe is well known for its exceptional service that has customers
coffee ready before
they arrive at the front of the very long queue's. I have followed the career of Scottie Callaghan with great interest and admiration and hope
to one day emulate his achievements by competing in the Latte art world championships,show casing
my signature pattern being The Cygnet/Swan which has been largely self taught through much trial and error. I have also starting posting my own latte art demonstration video's on my page ( Marzocco )
which will hopefully help and encourage other Barista's starting out in the industry. In the coming years after I return to Thailand,I Hope to further utilize the skill and experience gained
whilst in Australia and start my own Cafe and Barista Academy,So I am able to share my passion and knowledge
with those that may wish to develop their own careers in this challenging and rewarding industry. I saw something that I felt I could do differently to others already in the industry.
