Brizzy, in all honesty, nobody hates or underrates you. The criticism comes because you sometimes use your energy in a way that overshadows the very dances you're supposed to complement. Your singing, talking, movement and overall presence are too powerful, and instead of knowing when to dial it back, you often take over the entire moment.

Talent isn't the problem. Control is. Learn when to dominate and when to give others room to shine. That balance will make you a much stronger performer.

And if you ever manage to gather enough money to travel and participate in that BGT, honestly, I'd rather see you invest that money in strengthening your dance academy. Your students might learn your moves with less energy and more control thank you.

One of the haters. 😂

Easy Music Marketing Strategy

Music marketing doesn't always have to be complicated or expensive. Sometimes, the simplest strategy is the most effective.
Start by creating anticipation before releasing the song. Give your audience short teasers, snippets, behind-the-scenes moments and interesting content that makes them curious about the full song.

Once the song is released, identify its strongest part, preferably the most catchy 15 to 30 seconds, and turn that section into content. Use it for short videos, dances, skits, challenges, performances and relatable moments.

Don't rely only on posting the song and asking people to stream it. Make the song part of people's everyday content. Work with DJs, dancers, influencers, comedians, content creators and loyal fans who can naturally introduce the song to different audiences.
Most importantly, don't abandon a song too quickly. Keep creating different content around it and give it enough time to grow. One song can generate weeks or even months of content if marketed creatively.

The formula is simple:
Create curiosity → Release → Create content → Get people involved → Stay consistent → Repeat.

You don't always need a huge marketing budget. You need creativity, consistency and a strategy that makes people remember the song.

You need to stay focused, especially when things get tough, because that’s when discipline matters most. Anyone can stay committed when everything is going well, but staying focused through the difficult moments is what separates those who succeed from those who quit.

You can’t compare yourself to me. I didn’t build my bank account with my father’s money. I started from zero and built my own. There’s a big difference between inheritance and hustle.

As an artist, if you ever get the opportunity to trend with successful record deals, endorsements, gigs and other opportunities, please do your handicapped bank account a favour and secure the bag!
Fame is temporary, and so are the opportunities that come with it. Build something that will still feed you when the spotlight moves elsewhere.

The first three weekends of August have been a huge positive for our entertainment sector. From Lil Diamond South Sudan's Cooldown Concert, to Shutdown Xperience that featured South Sudan's biggest names, and now the recently concluded Monyiemiji Football Association ceremony and after-party, the support and turnout have been encouraging.
These moments are a reminder that our entertainment industry has a bright future when deserving talents are supported deservedly. When people show up, buy tickets, attend events, stream music and genuinely support local creatives, everybody wins.
Let’s keep building, supporting and creating platforms where talent can thrive. The future of our entertainment industry depends on it. 🎶🔥
