We are Hiring:
1. Group Warehousing Manager
Responsibilities:
•Strategically manage warehouses in compliance with HQ policies and vision
•Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required SKUs and maintain the stock and sold outs.
•Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
•Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
•Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
•Plan, prepare, administer, and control annual budget for department including rental, transportation and other contracts, equipment, and supplies.
•Oversee operations in Warehousing Department to ensure compliance with quality standards.
•Evaluate and test vendor-supplied items to determine compatibility with existing operational procedures and if they meet the client’s needs.
•Assure that Warehousing operations adhere to Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
•Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
•Supervise the activities of warehousing staff to ensure efficient job performance and timely deliverables.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience at least 3 of which in as similar position.
-Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
-Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite).
2. Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
•Handle day to day operations by coordinating with all the departments.
•Ensure that all selling staff of products that requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, such as material handling equipment, numerical-control machinery, & computer systems; are well prepared & have the required skill technical skills to satisfy customers.
•Oversee, plan & approve modifications of product configuration for customers.
•Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
•Recommend improved materials & machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.
•Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets.
•Provide information needed for the development of custom-made machinery.
•Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
•Maintain sales forecasting reports and identify resale opportunities.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree of Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. MBA is preferable.
-Excellent knowledge in Administration/Sales and Marketing
-9 years of progressive experience at least 3 in a similar position.
-Proficient in MS Office.
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
3. Inventory Controller
Responsibilities:
•Monitors and maintains inventory operations according to company guidelines.
•Perform inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items is in stock.
•Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
•Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
•Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency.
•Respond to purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities.
•Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
•Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
•Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports and review reports with Management
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience at least 2 of which in as similar position.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite).
4. Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
•Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
•Oversees warehouse operations.
•Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
•Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures.
•Supervises packaging, receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
•Orders new supplies and equipment.
•Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.
•Makes sure the team adheres to Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
•Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
•Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related field.
-6+ years of experience at least 3 of which in as similar position.
-Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
-Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite).
5. Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
•Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
•Represent Group in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
•Prepare bid awards requiring Management approval.
•Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
•Locate vendors of materials, equipment & supplies, and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
•Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
•Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
•Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
•Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
•Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
•Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products, or substitute materials.
•Understand & oversee the activities in all each stage of the supply chain circle
•Coordinate with sister companies to achieve synergy & reduce cost
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience at least 3 of which in a similar position.
-Strong understanding of purchasing processes and policies.
-Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite).
6. Procurement Officer
Responsibilities:
•Comparing the prices of different vendors.
•Negotiating contracts on reasonable terms for pricing and supply.
•Tracking the orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
•Monitoring purchased products to ensure quality.
•Issuing purchase reports.
•Ensuring stock availability and placing orders as and when required.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management or relevant field.
-5+ years proven experience of working as a Purchasing Officer.
-Strong understanding of purchasing processes and policies.
-Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite).
7. Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
•Explore opportunities to expand business.
•Conduct market study on competitor models & segmentations, technical developments and market share.
•Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
•Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
•Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
•Maximize every sales opportunity and build a long term business relationship with all the customers.
•Achieve and exceed the allocated sales target and deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales.
•Maintain an outstanding product knowledge, update knowledge of product range, new models, features and benefits
•Proactive uses of database for customer follow ups.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing or relevant field.
- 3+ years experiences one of which in a similar position.
-Ability to negotiate and understanding of Sales and Marketing skills.
-Ability to create and deliver presentations.
-Competency in English

8. Secretary
Responsibilities:
•Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and scheduling meetings
•Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, personnel issues, and housekeeping.
•Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
•Order and dispense supplies.
•Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
•Use computers for various applications, such as database management & word processing.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
-2+ years proven experience.
-Strong Communication skills.
