What if recruiters had a rating system like Uber? ( 👋 Uber)
Imagine this. A candidate opens your LinkedIn profile and sees a rating. Let’s say 4.9 out of 5
Then they read:
⭐ Replies within one or two hours
⭐Messages are personalized, not copy-pasted
⭐Never submits profiles without permission
⭐Always gives feedback, even when it’s a no
⭐Shows a high level of empathy and respect
And even reviews like these:
▪️ The process was clear and communication was fast
▪️ The role matched what was described
▪️Even after rejection, I felt heard and respected
Sounds a bit like a fantasy? Maybe 😃 But in recruitment, reputation works just like a five-star system. People remember how you made them feel.
We often talk about professionalism on the candidate’s side. But what about on the recruiter’s side?
What would you include in a recruiter rating if one actually existed?
