Fioreva Studio is looking for a talented, organized, and creative Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team in Qatar.
Job Title: Social Media Account Manager
Job Overview The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing social media strategies, coordinating content production, and ensuring the successful ex*****on of social media campaigns across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain assigned social media accounts and client relationships.
-Develop and implement effective social media strategies and content plans. Prepare and manage monthly content calendars.
-Coordinate with the creative, content, design, and media buying teams to ensure smooth campaign ex*****on.
-Monitor and manage daily social media activities, including posts, stories, comments, and messages.
-Communicate with clients and understand their business objectives and marketing requirements.
-Prepare social media reports and provide performance insights and recommendations.
-Monitor trends, competitors, audience behavior, and emerging social media opportunities.
-Ensure all content is aligned with the clients brand identity and communication guidelines.
-Follow up on deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and campaign requirements. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and social media content.
-Monitor campaign performance and coordinate with the relevant teams to improve results.
-Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2โ4 years of experience in social media management or account management.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Snapchat.
Excellent communication and client-management skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of social media marketing, content strategies, and digital advertising.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Previous experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, or digital marketing environment is preferred.
