Don't kill the messenger! might be the one delivering the feedback, but s/he's not the one taking the decision.
You'll only get rejected by a Recruiter in 3️⃣ situations:
❌you are lacking something mandatory for performing the job
❌you are not professional during the screening
❌there is an administrative blocker (e.g. company can't provide visa/work permit; your salary expectations are over budget etc.).
In all the other situations, Recruiter will consult with the Hiring to properly evaluate and process your application further. Hiring Manager will always have the final say.

Most companies will consider any candidate under 3️⃣ years of experience. And it's not about your knowledge & skills - in 3 years it's expected to have those well embedded. However, experiencing both success & failure, building resilience, and learning first-hand about the complexity of real-life scenarios will need more time to build up. So next time you see a that has "Junior" in the title, but require up to 3 years of experience, don't feel discouraged. Keep on 🔎searching for something that suits the season of your professional life.

No need to stress over the questions you will get during an ! Use ⭐⭐⭐ STAR Technique ⭐⭐⭐. It will help you get the answers & 👩‍💼👨‍💼are looking for: relevant information, enough details and evidence for the competencies they evaluate against.
Do you know what ✴ STAR ✴ stands for?
✅ S - SITUATION - describe the situation you were in
✅ T - TASK - talk about the task that had to be completed
✅ A - ACTION - what actions did YOU take to complete the task?
✅ R - RESULT - what was the outcome?
Remember this and you will be equipped for the upcoming interview.

Knowing a foreign language 🇩🇪🇫🇷🇪🇸 can open up a lot of new and exciting job opportunities! But before you add a language skill in your CV, make sure you can have at least a small conversation in that language.
It's worth next to nothing you want to learn and you took a first step on Duolingo. Good for you, but will not make you get the job.
For language dependant jobs, it's likely to have a test (speaking & writting), so find opportunities to practice and continue to read and study. Once you can tell your foreign friends the synopsis of the last movie you saw on Netflix, your chances of passing language checks increase significantly.

Recruiter tip #2: Especially when your interview is scheduled few days in advance (but not only then), please hit the reply button↩ or accept the meeting invite✅ to inform your Recruiter that you have received all the details and you will participate.
It's always some uncertainty when we don't receive any confirmation: Are you still interested?🤔 Will you show up?😨 Did my message reached spam folder?🤯
We're more effective when you are responsive. And it's also a polite thing to do.
