WeldTrain HSE Leonardo da Vinci TOI Project related to Health, Safety and Environmental Training for Welding Personnel

At present the production of welded structures is continuously increasing, having a large number of companies operating on European level, in this market. Also, the welding process besides being cataloged in the quality standards as a special process, generates a lot of issues regarding the variety of factors which might have negative impacts upon the environment and occupational health and safety

. The ground for presenting this projoct is based on the special importance laid on European and International level upon the environment protection and occupational health and safety. The main goals of the project refer to the harmonized training and qualification of technical personnel (managers,engineers, technicians, foremen) with responsibilities in fields like environment, health and safety management in welding.
