Auto Parts Warehouse
Registration takes place in Łódź, after which the coordinator will take you to the workplace and accommodation.
📍Work location: Swobodnia 35, 05-170 Zakroczym (40 km from Warsaw)
🔔 Job requirements: Only for men with a height of at least 165 cm and under 45 years old.
Job Responsibilities
At the beginning of the shift, the employee receives a scanner, logs into the system, and gets assigned to a department/process. The scanners have a language selection option: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, English, or Spanish.
Work is mainly in one department. The first four days include individual training for each employee. The job involves standing and moving.
Receiving, moving, and placing goods;
Picking orders using a scanner;
Moving car and motorcycle parts;
Packing items for shipment;
Ensuring proper placement of stock in the warehouse;
Performing other warehouse tasks, including cleaning.
In accordance with health and safety regulations, lifting 30 kg is allowed independently.
Payment
25 PLN/net per hour (includes +1 PLN for signing Pit-2);
31 PLN/net per hour for students under 26 years old;
+2 PLN/net per hour for employees with their own accommodation;
Bonuses of up to 500 PLN brutto for performance and attendance.
For an employee with a category B driving license who will additionally perform the role of a driver, there is an extra payment of +1 PLN/net per hour.
❗️Important: The warehouse has a work rate of 12.8 points per hour. Mistakes deduct 0.50 points. The bonus is based on the number of points achieved.
Advance payment available after the first week of work.
Salary payment between the 20th and 25th of each month for the previous month.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, one night shift of 8-10 hours (20:00 - 06:00).
Possible Saturday work after the probation period (06:00 - 16:00).
Occasionally work on Sundays (usually 06:00 - 16:00).
Breaks: 30-minute break per shift.
Leaving the warehouse or entering the locker room during the break is prohibited.
Days off may be during the week.
Average monthly hours: 190-220 hours.
Work Conditions
Cafeteria available (fridges, kettle, tea, coffee, vending machines with sandwiches and snacks);
Each employee gets a personal locker in the changing room;
Water coolers throughout the warehouse;
Smoking is prohibited in the warehouse (only allowed before/after the shift).
✅ Only transparent bags or backpacks are allowed for personal items;
✅ Employee discounts on Inter-Cars products.
❌ No phone use at the workplace (except in the cafeteria);
❌ Lost access card fee: 150 PLN deducted from salary;
❌ Unexcused absence without prior notice leads to dismissal.
Accommodation
500 PLN/month, deducted from salary.
For students under 26 years old, the accommodation cost is 800 \ PLN/month.
Requirements to Start Working
✅ Medical examination – 150 PLN, covered by the agency if you work at least 3 months (otherwise, deducted from salary).
✅ Work uniform provided for free if you work at least 3 months (otherwise, 300 PLN deducted from salary).
✅Legalization documents if you are not a student 1200 zł (deducted in installments of 200 zł for 6 months).
Employment contract: Umowa Zlecenia (we pay ZUS, taxes).
