Started its educational activities in Tehsil Jatoi
of District Muzaffargarh since April 2013.

OVERVIEW OF ALSACE

ALSACE comprises on a number of members and has a competent executive body. ALSACE believes on equal life opportunities for all mankind without any discrimination at any stage of mankind. It believes that every human must have an access to its basic rights. It also believes that there should be liberty to every one for their actions acceptable to civilized world, equality for every person and brotherhood for the social prosperity. Access to basic education is almost rare for many of the children because of poverty in this region. Due to higher poverty rate, according to an estimate, almost 75% of children start working with their parents at the age of 5 year. They lack proper food to grow perfectly and often fell ill. Among all, girls are the main victims who are commonly deprived from their right to get education. Lack of education is the root of several social problems such as early marriages of girls at the age of 13 years or less with elderly men is common. There are issues of KARO-KARI, Wata-Sata, Honor killing issues that also reflect the ignorance of the society. In any ways, girls and women are the main victims. The devastating flood in 2010 ruined the major parts of Pakistan and caused thousands of deaths causalities all over the country. District Muzaffargarh was one of the severely affected districts of Pakistan. The pain of the suffering people is not expressible. A huge destruction and lack of rescue facilities in the region showed the deprivation of the district. To help the suffering people through empowering them by providing education, health facilities and aid for small scale businesses for the community, in December 2012, ALSACE NGO was founded by Dr. Sajjad Hussain SAJJAD. ALSACE has started its activities to provide education on priority basis to girls and boys close to their homes. For this purpose, it has constructed a school “Alsace Model School” where students can continue their studies up to middle class. With time, this school will be upgraded to Higher Secondary School level. ALSACE also aims to open its branch in all parts of District Muzaffargarh. The second focus is to provide Health facilities to the community and to provide financial aid to start small scale businesses to earn the livelihood. ALSACE NGO welcomes all members of community to join our hands for this Nobel Cause for the deprived region to provide them good education, basic health facilities and way to earn their livelihood.

To provide financial aid to women to let them provide a chance to start their own businesses to earn their own livelihood and to be less dependent on male members.
