· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

· Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.



Job Type: Full-time

Staff Required: Male/Female

Shift Time: Morning and Night shifts
Salary: Up to 50,000 Basic per month (performance-based bonuses will be provided)

Requirements: Good communication skills in English
