Today marks the death anniversary of Mian Badar Din Bombaz, remembered by many as Ghazi-e-Kashmir and a devoted participant in the Tehreek-e-Pakistan movement.

Mian Badar Din Bombaz was known as a committed freedom fighter who dedicated his life to the cause of Kashmir and to the broader struggle that led to the creation of Pakistan. During the turbulent years surrounding the independence movement in the Indian subcontinent, he aligned himself with the ideals of self-determination, unity, and the protection of Muslim identity in the region.

He earned recognition as a Gold Medalist of Tehreek-e-Pakistan, an honor bestowed upon individuals who demonstrated exceptional courage, service, and sacrifice during the Pakistan Movement. His contributions were not only political but also deeply personal, as he stood firm in times of conflict and uncertainty.

In the Kashmir struggle, he became widely respected and was given the title Ghazi-e-Kashmir, reflecting bravery and steadfastness in the face of adversity. Those who knew him described him as principled, disciplined, and unwavering in his commitment to his homeland and faith.

Beyond his role as a freedom fighter, Mian Badar Din Bombaz is remembered as a man of strong character and deep spirituality. His life symbolized sacrifice, resilience, and dedication to a greater cause. His legacy continues to inspire those who value courage, patriotism, and service.

May Allah ﷻ forgive his shortcomings, accept his efforts, and elevate his rank in Jannat-ul-Firdous.

*O Allah ﷻ! Let the Liberation (Tahrir) of Kashmir be a Prelude to the Liberation of Palestine*

1. We have seen yet again in the India-Pakistan conflict that our brave people, our lions in Pakistan Army and our falcons (shaheens) in Pakistan Air Force, are capable of inflicting deadly, devastating blows, when faced with any size of conflict.

Allah ﷻ said,
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ قَـٰتِلُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْكُفَّارِ وَلْيَجِدُوا۟ فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةًۭ ۚ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
“O believers! Fight the disbelievers around you and let them find firmness in you. And know that Allah is with those mindful of Him.” (TMQ Surah at-Tawba 123)

2. The liberation (tahrir) of Occupied Kashmir is certainly possible against the cowardly mushrikoon of the Hindu State, because they love Dunya as the Muslims love martyrdom. It is never the machines that win battles, it is always the men. The mushrikoon of India Army manifest gross military inferiority, when facing even small numbers of poorly armed Muslims in Occupied Kashmir. It is only the Jews that exceed the mushrikoon in their love for life.

Allah ﷻ said,
وَلَتَجِدَنَّهُمْ أَحْرَصَ النَّاسِ عَلَىٰ حَيَاةٍ وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا ۚ يَوَدُّ أَحَدُهُمْ لَوْ يُعَمَّرُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ
“You will surely find them clinging to life more eagerly than any other people, even more than polytheists. Each one of them wishes to live a thousand years.” (TMQ Surah al-Baqarah 96)

3. The nationalistic borders and the colonialist regional order have no meaning for the Islamic Ummah. Our armed forces must crush them under their feet. We do not need long motivational lectures, narrative building, strategic command forums, charters and resolutions, to build morale and motivation. The blessed ayaat about fighting the enemy are more than enough for us.

The vision of Islam to end persecution and secure liberation (tahrir) of occupied Muslim lands unifies the Muslim World. This alone must be the new world order.
Allah ﷻ said,
وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَخْرِجُوهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ ۚ وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ
“Kill them wherever you come upon them, and drive them out of the places from which they have driven you out. For persecution is far worse than killing.” (TMQ Surah al-Baqarah 191)

5. The practical way forward can never be a limited conflict that leaves Kashmir under occupation. Jihad does not end with a few trophies and heads. It ends with the liberation (tahrir) of Muslim Land and raising the Word of Allah ﷻ as the Highest. Anything less than that is betrayal against Allah ﷻ, His Messenger ﷻ and the believers.

So we must enter the battle with full force, in complete obedience to Allah ﷻ. We must declare the establishment of the Second Khilafah Rashidah and wage a Jihad in Kashmir, that is a prelude to the liberation of Palestine.

The Prophet ﷺ said,
عِصَابَتَانِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَحْرَزَهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنَ النَّارِ: عِصَابَةٌ تَغْزُو الْهِنْدَ، وَعِصَابَةٌ تَكُونُ مَعَ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ
“Two groups from my Ummah are protected by Allah ﷻ from the Fire. One group that will conquer al-Hind (India. One group will be with Isa ibn Maryam (as).” (Narrated by Ahmad).

O Allah ﷻ! May we establish the Khilafah Rashidah, secure the liberation of Kashmir and then open the doors of a liberated Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa with our hands! Ameen Ya Rab ul Aalameen
