Job title: Female Receptionist Cum Admin Officer
Salary: 45k + Fuel + Lunch
Address: Mall of Lahore
Education: Graduation with strong English communication skills

Requirements & Responsibilities:
· Must have Strong English Communication skillsGreet and assist customers and guests as soon as they arrive and notify the relevant person
· Handle all front desk coordination with Office staff and Mall of Lahore authorities
· Arrange Guest Clearance
· Receive and sort Mail & Deliveries and handover to the relevant person
· Performing additional administrative Duties as required.
· Answer, Screen, and forward incoming calls properly and provide basic information when needed.
· Manage conference rooms as requested (Reserve, set up, and if requested Order food)
· Correspondence with Head Office.
· Dispatching Daily Mail & Vendor Cheques.
