From Last Mile to Leading Change: A Sitara Baji's Journey

She starts with access and grows into a social entrepreneur serving underserved communities with dignity and purpose. Now she is not only running her own salon with confidence and independence but also educating women on reproductive health and self-care within her community.

Partner with us in this journey. Invest in her growth. Support her work in underserved communities.
Help us turn more women into the Sitara Baji where it is needed most.

Greenstar Social Marketing proudly announces the signing of Memorandums of Understanding with inspiring Sitara Bajis across Sindh; 16 from Dadu, 13 from Sanghar, 10 from Umerkot, 8 from Thatta, and 6 from Tharparkar.
With the support of Grand Challenges Canada, these women are being empowered through seed funding and structured capacity-building trainings to become social entrepreneurs within their communities. This initiative not only sustains their livelihoods but also strengthens their mission of providing door-to-door counseling, promoting self-care, family planning, and maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH).
Because when a woman is empowered, she empowers many more.
