Siwtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, talented, and ambitious individual for the position of Business Development. The ideal candidate should have the ability to help the company to increase business through lead generation, marketing, and other corporate strategies. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Developer/Online Bidding Expert with previous experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, People per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, and LinkedIn, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
We offer these services (Software Development, Website Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Content Writing, Social Media Management, Mobile App Development, Pay Per Click Etc,
we are looking for bidding experts who could win projects from online portals.
• Company Profiling on the freelance Platforms
• Online bidding expert on Up work, Fivver, Freelancer, People per hour, Guru Portals (for Software development, branding, designing,
digital marketing, etc. projects preferred)
• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
• Communication with clients & expert at client dealing.
• Must be good at targeted sales: Maintaining a high rating of the company’s profile on Up work/Freelancer etc.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, keep client up to date with project progress and
milestones and deliver the project to the client.
• Communicating on the phone, chatting, Emails, using applications - Zoom/Google Meet/Skype as per client’s preference.
• Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with the client(s).
Requirements:
• Experience in leads generation on different online channels i.e. Up work, LinkedIn, Social media, authentic online portals, etc.
resulting in new projects/sales.
• Experience with handling international clients related to Social Media and Web Development.
• Ensure maximum ROI and conversion.
• Strong English skills (Verbal and Communication)
• Interaction with Clients (USA, UK, Canada, Uae, Pk based)
• Sourcing leads from Networking Sites like LinkedIn, etc.
• Build long-term business relationships with clients
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth
• Motivating team members and developing ways to improve the customer experience.
• Tracking of new projects, competitor’s activities & performance, sensing new changes in trends.
• Good Knowledge of Freelancing Platforms (Fiverr, Upwork ETC)
• At least years of experience are required.
Qualification: Bachelors/Master in IT/CS/SE
